How to register
To register and become a member of Helium, you can use the:
Long version
Actually, there isn’t one. Helium registration is easy and free. We’re about knowledge — not paperwork.
Short version
- Click the “Join” link located at the top right of most pages. This directs you to the “Join Now!” page.
- On this page, complete the required fields, providing us with standard information: name, username, email, security info and a password.
- Click the “Join Today” link to submit your information for registration.
- Check your email inbox for our “Welcome to Helium” email. (If you don’t see our email, make sure it didn’t end up in your junk folder!) In this email, we’ve include a link to complete the activation process. Click on this link (or paste it into your web browser’s address field) to land on the Helium login page.
- That’s it! Now log in.
Tip: If you forget your password or username, you’ll need to answer your security question. If you forgot your security answer (it happens), you can write to the help@helium.com. We’ll help.
Shortest version
- Complete the fields and click the “Join Today” link.
- Activate your account by email.
- Log in. Feel smart.
Welcome to the world of Helium. Now that you’re official, you can write articles, rate articles and engage in conversations on the Helium Community boards. You’ll also receive Helium newsletters to keep you in tune with the latest channel and website developments.
